Frequently Asked Questions

Do you restore the original photo?
No, we scan your image on our professional scanner (for oversized items greater than 8.5"x11", there is a $10 photography fee), and perform the restoration on the digital file. We then provide a new 5"x7" print of the photo, or you can order some lustre photos of the restored file.
